how about you bring something healthy to the party go for the vegetable tray ( no ranch) avoid fried things/ meatballs have cocktail shrimp fresh is better than fried fill up at home so that you arent starving at the party and stuff your face

I also just got back to school. There's a lot of tempting food @ my school and in the vending machines, but I stay away from that stuff. I usually take a sandwich to school (whole wheat bread, fat free cheese, lean deli meat), I also eat fresh fruit/vegetables with that. I eat an apple or peach and baby carrots, cucumber…

This sounds gross, but put the yolks on your hair and leave it on for about 30 minutes, then wash it out. The cholesterol gives hair a bunch of moisture and shine.
