Is doing that gonna fix anything ? No. Find something positive to do with your time now. Call up some friends, see a movie, do something productive. I know its though, but don't take it out on ur health.

I used to have the same problem. I always use non-stick spray for cooking, so I started factoring it into my calories and the fat started adding up. Also, I never knew that fruit has fat. 2 Medium-large peaches have a gram of fat. Why don't you try reduced-fat cheeses. Those aren't too high-cal.

I think it depends what u order in the sandwich. For example one with mayo and cheese and high fat meat will end up having 600

Rather than focus on the negative, think about becoming more healthy. Yes, maybe you can't lose weight at the moment, but try limiting your fat, watching your sodium, having enough fiber, and eating lean protein. If you eliminate the junk food, you'll be a lot healthier and hey, you're more likely to lose weight.

I'm ALWAYS over on my protein. Eat lean meats such as boneless skinless chicken breast and fish. Try fat free greek yogurt. A 6oz portion has 15 grams of protein. Also, try reduced fat/ fat free cheeses. ( I add fat free feta to my salads) . Also, beans have protein, fiber and are filling.

Its only bad if its not properly managed by balancing it with carbs and fat. The recommended amount for women is about 54g and I eat, at least twice everyday. I've never seen/suffered any negative effects.

Stay away from cheese, refried beans, chips, flour tortillas. I would go for fajitas and fresh salsa/pico de gallo.

I figured this out a while ago and was shocked. It doesn't only apply to grapes. For example, in the database, a "small banana" has to be like 80 grams, which is about 2/3 of what I would consider a small banana. That's why I always weigh my food out.

Eggplant is super low cal and I personally find it filling. Try roasting it with your favorite spices.
