I was 98kg when I was 22 - bull$h1t there's no going back! :) All my reasons are superficial too but that's fine with me, I'm doing this for myself not anyone else!

Some I fall for straight away, others I never do... so I guess if I haven't in the first month I never will haha :) I think it depends heaps on how they treat me so differs from person to person.

i did the same thing, i ate when i was bored even if i was so full it hurt!! I recently used a self hypnosis and subliminal program for 30 days for weight loss and i can honestly say i dont think about food when im bored any more, doesnt even cross my mind... not to say it will work on everyone but it worked for me

I do the same kind of job sitting at a desk 9 hours a day, you can do it! trust me if i can anyone can im one of the laziest people i know haha :)

I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion and everyone is also entitled to vent if they dont like something. I think the people who are saying so stop listening and dont whinge should take their own advice, if you dont like the topic close it and don't comment? Seems like doublt standards to me......
