Even if you go for a walk around the block, its still more than sitting on the couch. Dont be too hard on yourself, belive in yourself and what you can achieve and set small goals…

@ Terrajmet. yeah i am the same. its like clockwork, but i find i am so motivated by my lack of exercise and going over calories and not tracking that i really get into it the next week.
