Hi everyone - just wanted to let you know iam back. i have had a really bad time of it the first 3 months. after they suspected ectopic i was then diagnosed with a uti so was on antibiotics. i was also heaving 24/7 not nice so went too the dr who gave me anti sickness tablets then got taken in to a and e with loads of pain…

congrats to everyone!! i am back now after a bad week - they suspected ectopic so have been having scans and blood tests done. thankfully bean is in the right place and growing nicely. i am 6+2 today and booked my mw appt for the 29th of this month when i will be 8+5! how are you all doing? xxx

bout the same - tired (exhausted!) bloated, back ache and sick - and im only 4 1/2 weeks!! :( more to come. i have gained about the same - 4 ish pounds - but remember we have to nourish the little beans! :) xxx

hi everyone! i am due the first week of june. found out yesterday (so about 4 weeks) that i am expecting our 2nd child. we already have a 2 year old son. i am 27 live in the uk and am hoping to have a water birth. happy and healthy nine months!! xxx

no its not but your bmr should go up as your daily activity increases so you will be eating more cals to offset your daily activity - does that make sense! lol for instance i work as an hca and i was eating 1700 cals a day to lose weight and then i changed my settings from lightly active to sedentary as i was in the office…

the outfit basically consists of a straight down dress usually quite short or just above the knee with lots of tassles hanging down!! :) it looks better than ive described - try googling 1920 flapper outfits you'll get the picture!! lol.

the hairy bikers did this! they used leek leaves instead of lasagne sheets. :) havent tried it yet as hubby thinks it will be awful but i might make two smaller ones instead!! lol.

we've been in counselling for a month now and i am having seperate counselling to help deal with my trust issues. we just seem to go round in circles.

i do this with pasta so it is the pasta sauce and add some extra veggies like swwetcorn and red onion in. yummy!

i am under a neurologist for my migraine but he hasnt put me on anyhting to help them he thinks they are just stress migraines but they have started before that which he doesnt really listen to me. thanks again guys. xxx

i was given orlistat once and i vowed never to have it again!! it gave me awful stomach cramps adn was not a pretty picture. granted i suffer with ibs as well so it aggravtted it. you may have a different experience but i hate it!!
