my son was on aptamil til he was one then he's been on cows milk since he is nearly 2. he has a hot chocolate milkshake to go to bed with and juice for lunch (no added sugar) with milk at breakfast. he eats ceral with milk and toast, crumpets, vegetables, loves beans and spaghetti! his favourite fruit is banana and grapes.…

have you tried rebouncding (trampoline) i have bad knees also and am the same as you cant push as hard sometimes but i found that a rebounder or my nephews trampoline is a great workout and my knees are not as bad after wards. it is a hell of a work out aswell!! keep going 20 pounds is a great finsh sight to have! xxx

i usually get a grilled chicken salad no dressing and a diet coke. but sometimes i jsut work into my cals if i know i am going there the day before.

i would stick it out at home and get your ged first. if you have 2 jobs it will be alot of pressure on top of studying aswell. go for it!! you can do any thing you set your mind to. xxx

when i was swimming regularly i found that mfp had the same cals burned on vigourous as they did on breast stroke only so as long as your working hard then i think that is vigourous for you. hope that makes sense!! lol.

i bought a 'tear and share' cream cake for the girls at work and had none!! :)
