  • I'm right there with you all. I didn't just fall off the wagon, I did a full-fledge high dive off the wagon. Fried fish...french fries....cupcakes, not just one but two...and topped it off on Monday with a Margarita. I gained 3 pounds since Friday. I am firmly planted back on the wagon today though. I had no desire…

  • If I am hungry between meals, I eat a hard-boiled egg. 70 calories and it keeps me full. I make them ahead of time and they are there when I need them. It works for me! :flowerforyou:
  • I am right there with you too! I'm 5' 3" and 130. I also want to lose 10 pounds. My body seems to fight to stay at 130 despite 4 times per week of cardio/weight training AND staying religiously at 1200 calories. I've cut carbs drastically as well. Ahhhh.....I'd love to know if anyone has any answers to this question!…
  • I'm with you on this one! Weekends are TOUGH! However, I try to be close to perfect during the week and I think the ratio of 5 perfect days to 2 not so perfect days is going to have to be alright.
  • I gave up the flavored creamer-which I tend to think I enjoyed more than the coffee itself-but still drink my travel mug of black coffee on the way to work. I allow myself one cup of coffee WITH my favorite creamer on the weekends. YUM! :drinker: :drinker:
  • I eat 2 hard-boiled eggs most mornings. I find if I eat carbs in the morning, I'm hungry before lunch. If I eat protein, I have no problem making it til lunchtime. I make them the night before and eat them cold. It's not the yummiest breakfast I've ever eaten...but not the worst either.
  • I have been a member of Planet Fitness for 3 years. Absolutely no complaints. Staff, equipment, and tanning are all great.
  • The evenings are super difficult for me too! Having a snack (such as a bowl of ice cream) in the evening has been the toughest habit for me to break! I still want it every night! Sugarfree Jello, gum, water, and reading posts on this site have saved me. I wake up feeling like I have won a small victory if I made it through…
  • Welcome! You've come to the right place. This is a very supportive group! Wishing you the best of luck!
  • Count me in as well! :drinker:
  • Thanks Eric!
  • Congratulations! That is absolutely an accomplishment! Good for you!:flowerforyou:
  • I'm new too! Welcome!
  • Yes Sparkles, that is the theory behind it. My goal is to lose 14.5 pounds (134.5lbs-120lbs). This seems like the way to go for me because although the down days are quite difficult, knowing that the next day will be easier is very encouraging.
