  • I like 2 low-fat mozzerella cheese sticks and an apple-really fills you up and you don't get hungry!
  • I work at a hospital. I asked our Diabetes Educator-even tho I don't have diabetes-what kind of diet they recommend, figuring it would be a good, healthy diet. They recommend no more than 30 carbs per meal or a total of no more than 100 carbs per day. I've really increased my protein intake as well and it's working.
