  • I just make sure I have time. We have a treadmill(which I don't use), exercise bike (which I love to use), boxing bag(which I plan on starting). I have the wii and I have the fit for it to but hate the time it takes. its a nice warm up.. I would suggest getting the fitness coach game for it.

  • I weighed myself this morning. 278 I have lost the baby weight from this pregnancy. But then again during the pregnancy I think I dropped down to 274 and then went back up. I can lose that and then lose the almost 3 year old baby weight. lol I really need to measure my waist.

  • If the pain is not all the time there is another thing you might consider, is that it might be heartburn that is making your back hurt. Yea I know sounds weird doesn't it.
