  • Not sure what happened, but my name was removed from the sheet. I had entered for every week, but I was a couple days late on the end of month. :/
  • I'm not anticipating 10 pounds in 30 days either, but for me, it's still a way to track what I am able to accomplish and participate with others. My goal is also 1 pound per week, so you'll have some company with that as well. :)
  • Personally, I'm like some others, and I weigh myself daily. But when I do, I just keep in mind that I can expect to see some fluctuation. The good part is that I have somewhat learned my body's rhythms on that, and I can usually tell what will cause it to increase or decrease, so I don't get disappointed when something…
  • Isn't it a sad thing that the belly area is almost always the last spot to let go of the extra pounds?
