Blogilates worked on me before. I love Cassey's energy! Now I'm doing Fitness Blender and Jessica Smith. Kelly's endurance and Jessica's positive vibes pushes me to complete the whole workout. I do it 4 times a week (with light weights 3x a week). Both seems working for me, lost 3 Kgs in 3 weeks.

Same here! I feel you! I got out of shape when I had my first. I lost control of my diet. I ate a lot whenever I feel tired looking after my active son. MFP helped me get into shape when I was still single so here I am again trying my best to get back in shape. Good luck to us mommies!

Same here. This is my 2nd time using MFP. The first one was in 2011. I lost 15kg back then (from 63kg to 48kg). I really love how MFP helped me reach my goal. Welcome to MFP! Feel free to add me :)

You can send me FR. Welcome to MFP o:)

Hi! Fellow Filipino here. I don't have special diets or anything. I also don't deprive myself from pastries and desserts that I love (I'm a sucker for sweets!) I just track everything thru MFP. Moderation is the key ;) (Well, based on my experience). Good luck!

Same here. I had lost 15 lbs during in my stay here in MFP back in 2011 but gained everything after I gave birth. It's actually my fault. I'm taking care of our baby and everytime I feel tired I always tend to eat. Today is my official "come-back" in MFP. I think we can do it again since we already experienced how to lose…

I've been doing Blogilates by Cassey (before I got pregnant) and I must say it's soooo effective & fun as well. I love watching her... her energy pumps me up therefore I can finish the workout even if it's hard. I work-out at home for the ff reasons: 1. No budget :-D 2. I don't want to commute to & from the gym. 3. I will…

Interesting. Never heard of that water retention before. Maybe this is also my problem. I lose 2lbs per week, but for the past 2 weeks (with the same diet and exercise), my weight is still the same. I can feel a little bit lighter than before but the scale is giving me the same numbers. Just as I remember, I've taken lots…

A week before he proposed, I was eyeing a cute little stuff toy in a toy store. He asked me a couple of times if I want that stuff toy and I said yes. When the proposal day came (celebrating our 32nd month), he asked me to go out for a lunch in a resto. When the food came, he then pulled out the cute stuff toy from his bag…

I was smiling when I read this. I can imagine you're husband's excitement in his face!

I understand how you feel dear. Break-ups are sure one saddest part of our lives. But you really have to get out from there. Try to think of your inspiration (for me it's Mariah Carey's 80-90s body before she got pregnant) when you're on the brink of giving up. That way I gain motivation and reminds me how far I've been…

I agree with this. When I feel hungry at night, I drink a glass of water first. Usually that's the case. I only get hungry at night If I don't had breakfast that day. I suggest you eat a big breakfast in the morning to avoid craving at night
-
wow thanks for sharing your recipes!

That's right! Keep it as your motivation. Turn it into positive.

Hmmm... I used to step on the scale every Monday morning then log it in MFP. This time I am trying to weigh myself everyday just to see if i'm still on track because there are times that we eat over our limits, like in my work I always have unexpected events with buffets/packed lunch and on our training there's no other…

Thanks guys, your replies enlightened me a lot. I'm new to using food diary and I was shocked after reading that article. Yeah you guys are right that it really depends, stick with what works for you and logging such as MFP helps me a lot. And as what others said, make sure you're ready to lose weight and as long as you…
