I also have given up smoking...............do lots of cardio down the gym your body will naturally produce endorphins....which will pick your mood up and stop anxiety, It will work trust me !

I dont really mind where the source of information comes from...............but i do know that it is correct....when i was in my twenties and had washboard Abbs I would work out at the gym but never did I do sit ups etc.......my body fat was very low due to diet and exercise......lose the fat and gain the tone !

I go Body pump and spinning and I am usually the only man in the class...............I get spoilt by the girlies who always encourage me and they even set up my equipment for me lol ! Go for it mate, I would do Zumba if my knees were not really bad

I stopped smoking and joined MFP nearly 6 weeks ago.....the reason was because I also started going down the gym and smoking would have stopped me exercising due to not be able to catch my breath

I keep well away from fruit juice.......the reason is if it takes say 5 apples to make a glass of apple juice you are really putting loads of carbs, sugar and calories into your body.....when would you eat 5 apples one after another !

Dont work out ! If your body is sick it will tell you by giving you cetain hints ! ie tiredness, rundown etc etc...... how can you expect to exercise properly when you are like this......rest get better and go to the gym with gusto ! .............plus no one else at the gym will thank you for passing on your cold
