I wouldnt use either, I would use the Ki-fit as it uses skin sensors to measure calories burnt etc

Buy a Ki fit or bodybugg..............it takes out all the guessing of how many calories you have burnt exercising !

Its a fantastic workout..... 40 mins should burn at least 500-700 calories but it depends like anything else on how much work you put into it !

Polar are great Heart Rate Monitors but like all HRM they are not accurate at telling you calories burnt !

As we all know you cannot spot reduce fat ! just eat healthy and keep to your calorie allowance ! Forget the fad diets if they worked this site wouldnt be popular now would it !

Ok stop there........I think i have sussed out your problem, How are you measuring the amount of calories you are burning as i think you will find that there is no way you are burning 711 by speed walking....... do not trust the heart rate monitors or gym machines to tell you calories burnt or the MFP…

Why are you only eating the egg whites, eat the yolks as well that is where all the goodness is....................I use protein shakes to up my protein amount.......what country are you from, if you are from the u.k i can recommend a good source !

Yes it does not matter what time you eat as long as you are within your calorie goal................i often eat very late at night and I am still losing weight

Eat healthy foods .....not tinned or processed foods...............and keep off of fruit juice as you may think its healthy but its full of sugar !

I often eat very late at night and it does not make any difference to weight loss.....I just wait for about an hour and half before I go to bed after eating only because Its through habit ! I dont think it matters at all, just weigh how much cheese you put on and get the calories......as long as your calories are per day are in range their shouldnt be any problem
