The gym I go to has a creche, a friend of mine takes her takes her child there and he loves it...does painting and plays with other kids etc.....he only kicks up a fuss when he has to go... If your gym hasnt got one try and find one that has and then make it a treat for him or her to go........soon they will be taking you !

I am to low.....yesterday i was supposed to have nearly 2000 plus about 600 for exercise but I only seem to get to about 1600 ish so I am under by 400-1000 calories most days

Sorry but tea is counted as water intake.....their was a report many years ago by a bottled water company that only pure water adds to your daily water intake........they had to retract this statement as it was totally false and misleading for their benefit of course to boast sales............

I am eating about 1400 calories per day but also walking for about an hour a day at 2.5 mph on a running machine which burns up about 400 calories..............does this now mean that i must increase my calorific intake by 400 that i have used ?
