Hi, I ran 5.8 miles last night and it was great! I'm still a beginner - I only started running in July - even though I was walking to lose weight since February. To make things simple do you have a smartphone? iPhone? Samsung Galaxy or simiar? If so download Runkeeper and follow instructions to link it to MFP...
