Have you lost weight before and gained back so that you weighed more than you did when you originally started out? My profile says I've lost 14lbs but I've actually lost 21lbs it's just I weighed more when I started this time than when I did when I first joined MFP

I gained over two and a half stone when i stopped smoking, if it didnt move i ate it! It wasnt so much about breaking the habit for me i seemed to be constantly hungry,i wasnt om mfp until i had gained all the weight so i think if u r tracking what u r eating it will probs help u make sure u dont wake up one day like i did…

if you grate cauliflower put it in a bowl and cover it in cling film it only takes a couple of minutes to cook in the microwave!

i was meant 2 do day 5 yesterday but i really didnt have the motivation so i just had a day off going 2 do it 2day instead, as long as we carry on doing it surely we will b fine it might just take a bit longer than 30 days!

ive just done day 4 and although im still finding it hard it wasnt as bad as the first 3 days! im finding that different areas of my body r hurting each day lol first it was my thighs and under my arms then it was my stomach and then this morning it was my bum! hopefully its all the areas toning up!:smile:

I'm planning 2 do 10 days of each, I'm hoping level one starts feeling easier soon! I've only done day one and a practise day lol don't hurt as much 2day as I did after my practise day so that must b a good sign! Lol
