Jillian Michael's "Trouble Zones"?

I have been doing this video for about a month and a half, and it's REALLY good. Anyone else try it and get good results or thinking about trying it? It's a 45 minute video broken down into 6 circuits. It focuses on all the "trouble zones" us ladies have: saddlebags, muffin tops, back fat, etc.
