No, I don't ever any time day/night. They are too restrictive to me and uncomfortable. Give it a try ;)

I drink water and ignore it. It happens at night when I love to snack. Just gotta ignore the cravings or try really hard ;)

Try again, some days I can run longer than others. I chalk it up to fatigue or mental.

Hope it's not too late. I changed the name for you and made Sabine_Stroeh a moderator.

I started MFP at 226 I am 5'6" tall and have set my ultimate goal to 130-135 mainly based on BMI. I will see when I get there. I originally set a goal of 160 and along the way I have taken photos of myself every 10 pounds, this has helped me when it comes to your personal satisfaction. I have photos from 226 to 155, 6…

Good info. I tried honey and a bit of 1% milk this a.m. not as sweet as 2 splenda packets, but I think I could get used to it. I will look for other mentioned items above the next time I go shopping. I'm in Florida btw

Great job You are an inspiration to me. While reading this I thought I was reading about myself, with the exception of the emergency back surgery and the fact the I have never been pregnant we have similar stories. I too have been over weight since I can remember and have degenerative disc disease and hernitated discs in…

Hi Everyone, I cheated last weekend and drank alcohol then got back on track. Today is day 14 for me!! I lost 5 pounds and 1 inch from my waist. I have plans to eat chicken wings today, I shouldn't but I am. I can't say I''m moving on to Phase 2 tomorrow since technically I didn't complete the full 2 weeks. I might do…

I personally have never heard of them. So after googling them if I looked up the same thing you are referring to they are a frozen yogurt bar. They have fruit and don't list the sugar so probably not allowed, but you should be safe with them on phase 2. They look yummy!

Not rude. Your wife should have ordered something if she was hungry, what she did was immature. My husband and I do EVERYTHING together so since he doesn't like Japanese food when we go to Kobé it's just for me. Nothing rude about being social in a public place. Believe me they got enough $$ from my order those places…

Great idea!!! I would but I did 30 day shred Monday and I still can't walk, use stairs, sit on toilet without holding on to the tub and counter top, lol. Im thinking I needed to stretch afterwards more than Jillian said. My quads are in rough shape. Needless to say I put the shred on hold for now.

Thanks Laura Your post was motivational. Phase one is tough, but will be so worth it. If I can eat chicken and veggies while my husband and step son ate a papa johns pizza in front of me last night I can do this thing and do it well.

Sure you can do whatever motivates you to get at least 20 minutes of cardio a day!! That is what SBD recomends. 6 weeks for this groups was used as a short term goal to get motivated, but we are all in this for a life time. SBD allows for 3 phases to cleanse, lose and then maintain. I started today even though I felt like…

@4given4life Great day and really good job on the water!! I am not sure what the nutrition content looks like on the low fat ranch dressing, but I was wondering what I could dip my chicken in today and thought of ranch, but my SBD app states: You can enjoy up to 2 tbsp of salad dressing on all phases of the SBD. Choose…
