I have wii fit and i think its a great tool to get you motivated and moving there are a lot of games and challenges that are fun to do. I utilize the yoga quite a bit. I have quite a few exercise programs on the wii and i like almost all of them

i had Topomax afew years back for migraines it worked wonders on my migraines but it gave me low grade headaches everyday and i was always tired and didn't feel like moving. Now that I have stopped the medicine i feel somuch better.

snap out of it... you can stop stress eating its all about choices. if you feel to urge drink a whole glass of water first it might help

Sorry to hear that but it is possible to reverse. I have a couple of friends on this site that are in the same boat as well as it being heritary in my family if you need a little kick in the butt I will gladly give it to you

it is sible that your body is adjusting to your exercising especially if you havent changed the routine in a while. Try changing your routine and duration

walking is definately not a waste of time I walk 3-5 times a week and my pace has slo increased from 2.0 to 2.5 slow pace. Im not at a poinwwere I can jog either but I get a workout walking. If you feel you need moer just add something like a short exercise video or at I doo I use the Wii. But your on the right track

I have had a lot of success with the 17 day diet. I feel that it did change my metabolism and it also helped me re-evaluate the way I eat. Since I started the 17 day diet I have lost 30 lbs before I tried it I struggled with many different plans and was only able to to lose 15 lbs and then plateau. Give it a try and see .

just probably means no one else has done those programs and logged them just create a new entry with the calories burned. I had to do that with some of my exercises
