Just eat it! You can guess the calories, you still need to be living real life! Situations like this are going to come up all the time, just make good choices throughout the rest of the day, and make sure to get some exercise.

I used to run cross-country in college, and our coach had us run through the grass, barefoot, on the balls of our feet, maybe 100 yards, backwards and forwards. He would have us do this after a workout. Try checking runnersworld.com, they have great resources for runners!

Trader Joes has these awesome pre-cooked black lentils, lots of protien... also, check on the internet for recipes to make your own seitan. It is a type of meat substitute entirely made out of wheat, and very high in protien.

I have lost 10 pounds each of the last 2 months. Simply eating my calories on MFP and walking for exercise 30-60 min 3-4 times per week.

just get back on track and stop worrying about it. A little fluctiation in calories is no big deal, just don't make it a habit. I don't think you need to compensate with exercise, just do what you would normally do on a good day.
