It gives your metabolism a nice kick if you have one day a week where you dont count, i make it my rest day lol gotta love fridays!!

LOL fantastic news!!! Its quite surprising the difference between how others see us and how we see ourselves, but you will see yourself out of the club in no time im sure!!! and it definitely helps when you get told :D

loving it so far kelsey didnt do day two exercise as going to boxing but definitely love those squat kicks could feel them really working on my core.. also added in some burpies and jump rope.. my gym has us on a challenge where every day of the week for the month of jan we have to do that many burpies lol.. so only 4 atm…

I got my mum using mfp just by her talking about weight loss and me saying well i use this you should have a look.. the thing is its about fitness not necessarily about loosing weight so she shouldn't be too upset. Although saying that mum has heaps of trouble using it because shes well not that tech savvy..

my flat mate actually started her anorexia habbit from using mfp.. which kind of makes me abit wary about some peoples diets on here.. i belong to Crossfit Dunedin... in New Zealand.. and our box has only been open since January but already we have such a great community of people and our own inter house competitions, which usually involves most of the deep south but looking forward to what 2012 can bring us!! or should i say what we can bring to it!!! :D

lol this is my favourite exercise i always get lots of funny looks but this is by far the hardest exercise to do!! i find counting with my strokes helps and do that to the number of lengths you are on.. ie first lap... 123 123 second lap 223 223 third lap 323 323 etc n then i get into my meditation zone lol where even…
