Thanks everyone for the positive thoughts... I'm going to up my calories and try that and see if anything changes. I drink tons of water. I don't drink soda or anything. I still have a lot to lose! Lets hope this week budges just a little! :)

The reason I usually don't post on here is because of people that feel it is necessary to put down people. I have been doing this for a month. I have changed up what I have been doing this past week to try to push through this plateau but its not working. I was looking for advice not someone to put me down thanks!

I am having the same problem! I weighed today and was expected a loss but it wasnt. I ate clean all week, at my calories and did pump twice and lots of cardio. Very frustrating!

I wear my heart monitor. Then I log in under cardiovascular. I make my own and put in calories burnt.

A normal heart rate is 60-100. My resting heart rate is usually in the 80's.. When I do my cardio my heart rate usually gets up to 160's... When I run my heart rate spikes high, I watch it and back down when that happens. My hearts not use to it. Not only is our outter body getting into shape but we also have many muscles…
