  • I measure everything! I also downloaded the calorie king app and its more accurate in terms of calories in food, plus you can adjust the amount of grams, cups, tbsp's etc! Then I go onto fitness pal and see which item has the same amount of cals as in calorie king! If not ill add it myself.
