this is so interesting.... Im 5'7" and when I started I weighed 167. I now weigh 147 and my jeans size has stayed the same.. Im an 11-12 in Maurices brand premium jeans.. They fit better but I thought by now I would have gone down at least one size.. My shirt size is M-L.. a bit frustrating!

I too love my ZUMBA!!! I can't say Ive seen any specific results because of it though... It does take sometime to get the steps and moves down. Im 5'7" weigh 150 and in one hr of straight Zumba I burn between 400-500 calories according to my HRM. Be careful of logging it into the MFP exercise data thing though, its always…

I agree with everyone here. I go a few times in the morning every week because I like to go Spinning. But I'd rather sleep and workout in the evening! My only suggestion is: get a heart rate monitor. I learned that the MFP data was way higher than what I was actually burning. Good luck!! :)

Thanks for the idea!! I just spent $7 on a thing of Greek yogurt and couldn't STAND the taste. I tried this and it truly is AMAZING!! Almost like a treat!!!! So, for any of you out there that can't stand the taste seriously give this a try!! :flowerforyou:

I give myself one day a week to splurge if I want/need to. I've found that as the weeks, and months have gone on the less I crave the "bad" things.. It is nice however, to eat a brownie if I want and not feel guilty. I do track everything even on a splurge day. Its crazy to think I used to eat that much almost every day…

I have my days but if I have hair make up on I feel way more confident then when I don't!! After 3 kids Im learning to love ME. Its not always easy but Im getting there. I have a daughter that is 8 and I never want her to have self image issues. I want to be a good role model for her. So far so good!!! :flowerforyou:

I splurge every once and awhile. It makes me feel like Im not depriving myself. I do find though the day after is hard for me because I still want the stuff that is less than healthy... I dunno!!! I've lost consistantly though and I definetly don't feel like Im going to derail!!! =)

I agree with you!! I had a few of these ppl as friends. I'd just get back from bustin my buns at spinning, burning 450-500 calories. Okay, so I never used to be a coffee drinker till I found Coconut creme creamer... I have given up pop, candy, and any other sweets so this is my one guilty pleasure that one day I hope to ditch. But for now I like a cup of regular coffee with my coconut creamer!!

HAHA! I think this is great!! I don't put on makeup just to go to the gym but, I have found that when I go in the evenings when I already have make up on I feel much sexier and that I work a little harder!?!?

I agree with everyone! For the past month I have not lost a pound. I was getting so discouraged but then instead of weighing myself I measured.
