Yep body holds on to weight like a "dam"..lol. I will defintely reduce the sodium. :) ummmm maybe thats my problem the exercise. I havent set it according to scooby. I shall do that. I think last time i used fit frog. thanks so much!!!!!!

32 5'8" 193lbs was previously eating 1200 calories or less, Now try to eat at TDEE-15% which is 2150. I normally don't get to 2150 (more like 1950 some days or more) I work out at least 4/5 days a week. Cardio(Taebo) and Circuit Training.. I will definitely check Macros and all the rest. I soooo needed that!!!!! I slacked off a little eating crap at times.. a little vacay away from work. still worked out but not as hard..PLUS it was hat TOM..ughhh no cramps like normal that was a blessing but I think I am still suffering from water weight. since its only been a day that I have been off of the dreaded TOM.…

I have definitely noticed a difference. no more cramps for me and that makes me happy. Although I do know that I am retaining water longer. Stepped on the scale this morning and OMG.. cant wait to weigh again in a couple more days. whewwwwww!!

I have been getting the Eat Good Look Great Pure Protein Shakes it has 35g of protein in one can. Frosty chocolate is really good and does not taste chalky.

I'm almost 2 weeks into this. I will weigh in at my 2 week mark this wednesday.. I will not give up regardless of what the scale says. I stock my fridge up with Okios Greek Key Lime. Soooo good. I have eaten one every day this week for a mid morning snack.. Key Lime is the best!!!!
