From what I hear, the first week you gain more muscle and then the weight comes off. But people have mixed results. I am looking to lose ten pounds this month, and I am on day 7. I have lost 1 or 2 pounds. Hopefully it will be more successful. And I hope you are also! Let me know how things are going for you now!

Hey! I actually started November 29th, and I have been doing it everyday and counting calories. I am definitely feeling some soreness, but it feels good. I already feel stronger. But I haven't seen any change in the scale, which is REALLY discouraging. Does anyone have any advice?
