Thanks for sharing this. Analysis Paralysis is the phrase that has been going through my mind all morning.

I'm pretty much a newbie, but definitely have over 100 lbs to lose. It's scary at this point because it seems so unrealistic. I can't even imagine myself losing all that weight. It seems like a fairy tale, like really meeting Santa (sorry if anyone still believes in Santa).
