I hung a bird feeder outside my office window 2 weeks ago and the birds finally found it today! I can now work with one eye on the computer and another on the birds! Six of them already with different colors. Certainly makes me smile!

I love using ground turkey to make a taco salad for dinner. I use egg beaters for eggs, Ralphs/Kroger has a CarbMaster yogurt that has a lower carb/calorie content. Shrimp is another good option too.

I think you're doing great! 11 lbs. is nothing to sneeze at. I peeked at your diary, have you thought of cutting your carbs down? Not out, just down. Try snacking on protien only items, instead of things containing carbs. It may help.

What about a tuna lettuce wrap and grilled veggie sides, like grilled zucchini or egg plant, grilled asparagus, etc.

Sunglasses for all the kids, and what about a photo booth with a cool backdrop and some fun props - big fake snakes (alla Alice Cooper), leather jackets, microphones, wigs, fun hats, feather boas for the girls, etc. A parent can be the paparazzi photographer while the kids have fun with the props and group photos.
