Hi All!!
I am new to MFP (well about 10 days in), and enjoy reading all of the success stories. I also enjoyseeing pictures. I find the support from everyone is really a huge help.
I have a question, How quickly did you see results? I know it is different for everyone. I just like to read about your individual success and/or struggle. It's helpful to a beginner.
I am currently doing 30DS in the morning and light walking and cleaning in the evening. I have added extra walking into my daily routine and have seen a loss of 4 lbs in about two weeks. I muffed up last weekend when visiting a friend's beach house. I think I would have lost more if not for my recent errors in eating! I learned from it though.... :-)
Anyway, please do share and request me if you'd like. Thanks!!!!

Hi Lisa,
I've used MFP before, but I only logged in for a couple days every so often then I would get off track. I made a commitment to myself 6 weeks ago to lose the weight and started using MFP daily. Since then I've lost 20 lbs. I still have 30 left to go, but I'm happy with the progress so far. It makes you aware and accountable for what you're eating, how much you're active, etc. I also bought a Fitbit, and I love it! It helps to push me to get those 10k steps in a day.
Good luck! Feel free to friend request me. The more we challenge and celebrate successes, the better!

I think it depends how much you have to lose, the more you have the longer it takes to see changes I think.
I'm only just starting to see that I look better at 20lb lost.0
