what could i advise is to lower your calorie intake by eating more fruits and veggies plus if you could find a protein drink that will help you not crave a lot and feel fuller, then for your exercise simple jumping jack or jumping rope will help you burn lots of calories and lastly stay focused as weight will not drop…

i think the best thing is tone up exercises and prevent loosing weight fast it should be slowly but surely process, like having a healthy living. fast track has pros and cons to avoid cons stick on long way process. hope this helps
