I am so happy you loved your break ....Wow 23 grand kids it made me count my cousins ... My nan from dad side has 5 kids - only 10 grand kids ( age between 40-9) - 11 great grand kids(22-1) - 2 great great grand kids. ( 4 and 1) .... We live in 9 different countries

Do you like our challenges??? Is it just me or anyone else can't feel their legs from squats ;) Did you picked up good habit with water intake - I got used to have a small glass of water after I wash my hands ... please keep drinking 8 glasses of water - its good for you :-))
