It syncs calorie intake, and it sends any exercise cals to MFP. I get calorie adjustments on my MFP. That is when I have my fitbit and MFP set to lightly active, and I burn more calories than it expects, it sends an adjustment...if that makes sense?

My stats on MFP today are the following 57 CALORIES REMAINING Goal Food Exercise = Net 1240 1740 - 557 1183

I dont have an HRM...I didnt think I needed one with a fitbit? My fitbit today says I have burnt 2494 cals today. if I took 500 off that, I would be eating 2000 cals a day which seems an awful lot :/

I would love some advice myself. I am 35 years old. I weigh 205.5 lb, and I am 5ft 7. My BMR is apparently 1693 My TDEE is 2328 I want to lose 1-2lb a week. I exercise most days..whether its 30 mins aerobics, boxercise, Wii Fit, and I walk everyday. My MFP is currently set on 1240 cals a day, and I eat my exercise cals…

Oh well if that includes exercise cals, I do have 1500 - 1600 a day..in total. I will try this for a couple of weeks and see how i go :)

I just looked here http://weight-loss.co.nz/dailyneeds.php and it says I need to eat 1275 a day...... I just need to know whether to eat the exercise cals or not.......lol That does seem very low though :/

I have changed my profile to lightly active, so to lose 1-2lb a week what should my calorie intake be? and should I eat exercise cals? thanks so much for the help :)

I have synced my fitbit with MFP but I dont know whether to trust the calorie adjustments 100%. I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred everyday, and I do 3 x aerobics a week, 3 x boxercise, and I walk alot :)

Have added you :) I lost 3 stone with slimming world but it stopped working for me so I tried calorie counting...... I just dont get how some people lose 2-3lb a week...........and im struggling to lose half a pound. its so disheartening. There is always one diet out there that works for someone, I just need to find mine :/

Obviously long cuz I have lost 4 and a half stone already......but I really wish I knew what my ideal calorie intake should be. Im gonna work on my fitbit cals and see what happens. Thanks
