I'm 26! Always looking for good friends :)

You can do this! I'm 5'8" as well, and I originally lost over 30lbs. I gained about 8-10lbs back, so I'm trying to get back in the swing of things before I gain anymore. If you did it before, you can do it again!! You got this, girl!

That's amazing!! I think I'm most impressed with your health improvements. Great job!

I know the feeling. Chocolate is a hard one to say no to. Great job on the weight loss! I just recently started logging again as well (last week actually) after being gone for almost 2 years. I lost a lot of weight originally on here, so I'm not sure why I left in the first place. Congrats again! Keep up the good work, and…

I'm sure you have all the responses you need in order to deal with the situation, and this one may be repetitive, but here it is-- If this person is a TRUE friend, they will understand. That's it-short and sweet. You are working hard to take care of yourself and make yourself feel better. It's okay if someone doesn't agree…

I just came back to this site today after being gone for almost 2 years. I think I've maintained fairly well, but I'd like to get back into a healthy routine and lose a few more pounds while I'm at it. Not sure how to post a picture on here, but I'm 5'8" and started at 176 and I dropped down to 144 (my lowest). Now I'm…

For tomato sauce, I use the Prego Light Smart Traditional Italian. I believe it's only around 50 calories per 1/2 cup. For a white pasta sauce, I use 1/4c of Classico light alfredo sauce & 1 light swiss Laughing Cow cheese wedge, which comes in at about 70 or so calories total.

Summer before last, but I've maintained that weight so it's legit.

Yay! I'm so excited for you! :-) Can't wait to see your blog take off!

You look incredible, girl! That is such an amazing transformation. So proud of you! :-)

Pretty much everything I love packs on the pounds, haha. Beer, wine, pimento cheese & all other cheeses, Twix ice cream bars, wine, bread, pasta, wine, bread, wine, bread, and wine.

Honestly, I want to feel confident and beautiful. That's my motivation. Also, I work in a vascular surgery clinic, and I see first hand what happens to people who don't take care of themselves.

Trying to get back on track. Starting a little lower than everyone else: Weekly Goal: 2,000 - working up to 3,500 Mon: 176 (Walking 4.0mph / incline: 6) Tues: 512 (treadmill intervals for 52 minutes) Wed: 562 (treadmill walk/jog for 63 minutes) Thur: calories burned (how they were burned) Fri: calories burned (how they…

I agree with the poster above who recommended using your own body weight to work out. You can do so many exercises with no equipment. Also, since you have the internet, go to the Blogilates website. Cassey has a really great site, and I always watch her videos at home. The only thing she uses are 5lb weights for some of…

Sounds like you're on the right track. Are you incorporating cardio?

You look absolutely stunning, and your story is so inspirational! You were beautiful before, but I see a new light in your eye in the most recent picture. Congratulations on such an amazing journey!

I just showed your pictures to a girl that I work with and we both agree that you look ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Such an inspiration. You look so happy and beautiful! :)

I'm almost 5'8" and was 178lbs when I started on MFP. My original goal weight was around 135, but I got down to 141lbs last summer, and realized that I was losing all of my curves. I think I look the best around 148-150lbs. I'm not really concerned with losing weight right now though- I just want to strengthen and tone my…
