LOVE being able to do body pump dvds at home!! i work full time and have to get home to the kids/family so i never get to go to the gym!! this was the best thing that Beachbody fitness did, was to get Les Mills body pump dvds!!

I LOVE all chalene johnson workouts!! i did turbojam and got great results!! i have chalean extreme but havent started it yet... i plan on doing it next year after i have my 3rd baby! :) good luck and stick with it!! :)

i actually didnt get to yoga yet. i did lower body which was yesterdays assignment. i havent been feeling well, so im having a hard time getting thru the 40 min exercises... :-(

yeah!! im glad we have a group here!! did 17 mins of total body before my dvd froze :-( then did 10 mins of buns. it was great!! burned 167 cal according to my fit bit. hopefully i will get my replacement dvd disc soon!! kickboxing tomorrow!! :-)

all of leslie sansones dvd are basically 4.0 mph under my fitness pal of walking... if you do 1 mile its 15 mins at 4.0 mph, 2miles at 30 mins at 4.0 mph, etc. i even double checked this info this week with my new Fit Bit. however, when i do the 4 really fast miles the dvd is 50 mins, instead of 60 so it would be 4.5 mph.…
