Anyone have Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home CD

Does anyone have "Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles" what do you log it under? How far have you gone?

    I have several of her dvds. My favorite is the Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles, out of the 5 dvd's of Leslie Sansone that I have.

    I usually do all 5 miles at least 3 to 4 times a week.

    I've heard her say in her dvds that the walk part is considered aprx. 4 to 4.5 very brisk walk and the boosted is considered high impact. Depending how many miles you do just add up your walk time, then add up your high impact for your total time.

    I just got her 5 Day Slim Down for Christmas. Haven't tried it yet.....

    all of leslie sansones dvd are basically 4.0 mph under my fitness pal of walking... if you do 1 mile its 15 mins at 4.0 mph, 2miles at 30 mins at 4.0 mph, etc. i even double checked this info this week with my new Fit Bit.
    however, when i do the 4 really fast miles the dvd is 50 mins, instead of 60 so it would be 4.5 mph.
    I LOVE her dvds! i've been doing her different ones for months and have lost 30 pounds so far... good luck!! :-)

    I have the 4 mile one and I log it as walking/3.5 mph. Just because I think the calorie fit is better for me since I'm pretty short.
