My kids are 6, 5, 3, and 2. They eat several times throughout the day. I make them breakfast, lunch and dinner. But in between meals they can have as much broccoli, spinach, carrots and other veggies as they choose. They are all healthy, and never whine for food :)

Right now, I can only run 1 mile, and it kills me lol So I figure I'm getting a better workout power walking 3.5 miles than running 1 mile hahaha

Thank you :) My morning walk is 3.5 miles and I'm walking at 4-4.5 mph,I do aerobics in the afternoon for 50 minutes OR I do another walk in the evening. I guess I will bump up my calories to 2000 a day, and see if it helps :)

I live in southern cali and am currently growing cucumbers, tomatoes, grapes, oranges, marigolds, sweet peas, boxwood basil, hot oregano, rosemary, cinnamon basil, cilantro, corn, jalapenos, carrots, turnips, radish, and beans :)

I am extremely out of shape.... I'm about 5' 3" and weigh 239lbs. I have a ton of fat I'm trying to get rid of, and I can "run" 1 mile without stopping lol. But I can walk 3.5 miles in about 45 minutes or so. I'm doing what I can :) But the running does kill me. How much more beneficial is running than walking?
