Do you eat all your weekly points as well as the daily points? How long have you been doing WW for? I've started it at the beginning of this year and am down 6.2lbs so far although I do agree with what others have said about it being restrictive. But then I needed that because I was eating to much rubbish while left to my…

I'm doing exactly the same. I also get 26 WW points per day and like you have found that it generally equates to around 1200 calories per day. I started back on WW at the beginning of this year and so far I'm down 6.2lbs so it appears to be working for me. It's obviously working for you too! Well done.

As people have said, there are so many factors that can affect the numbers on the scales, you certainly can't gain 3lbs overnight. It's likely to be sodium related/water retention. Give it a few days and make sure you're drinking enough water and I'm sure it'll come back down again. Some people can weigh daily and they get…

I think because you're eating better you'll see a loss - it's about what you're eating as well as how much. Good luck, I'm sure it will work for you if you continue making better choices.

34 here, scary how time flies but we're all aging at the same rate so that's okay.
-
It's great not only that someone noticed the changes in you but that they went out of their way to tell you about it. Well done on your loss.
-
Hi, good luck with it! I'm in the UK too, add me if you need extra support.
-
Fantastic results, well done! What sort of things did you do exercise wise?
-
I daren't have a cookie jar! If there's no temptation then there's no problem, that's what works for me. Moderation doesn't exist in my dictionary unfortunately.

I'm starting the New Year back on WW too. Good luck with it!
-
Wow after all of that, just think what you'll do to this whole weight loss thing once you get a hold of it and show it what for! Best of luck and feel free to add me if you like!

There's one called Weight Watchers Points Plus.

I did it for a short while last year and have signed back up today, ready to start tomorrow. I've been messing around with calorie counting for too long now and need a fresh approach!

Good on you, you look great!

What a difference, bet you feel great. Well done.

I guess it's about moderation, which isn't easy with so many temptations around! So instead of having every single thing you want, allow yourself a few treats but don't go nuts. The other option of course, is to accept that it's just a few days and have whatever you fancy. The break can sometimes do you good and make you…

The whole thing becomes boring after a while but then how many tasks do we all do daily that are boring because they just have to be done? It's working for you, you've done great so far and only have a short way to go so I would say stick with it cos you'll soon be where you want to be. ????

I love wine, but sadly I hate exercise so there's no way I could drink every day and fit it in my calorie allowance. I try to stick to Saturday nights on the wine only, it's better for my weight loss and health (but not nearly as much fun!).

I'd try to keep up the momentum and do mainly the upper body stuff and steer clear of the jumps/squats. During those sections you could do some of her other exercises that won't hurt your knee. It's not quite the same but at least it keeps you on track until you can do more with your knee. I know if it was me and I had a…

I find it easier to bury my head in the sand if I don't WI regularly and gradually I start letting things slip, thinking it doesn't matter for just "one day" but of course all of those days add up and before you know it you've gained several pounds. I can imagine it works for some but not for me.

When I was a child I had a suspected allergy and was told to drink soya milk and I found it absolutely revolting! So if they do it in different flavours to make it more bearable I would definitely recommend it. Needless to say I suffered it for a while and was then told it wasn't an allergy after all, so thankfully never…

Good on you, go for it!

I use a HRM and I burn around 190 cals for level 1 and a little more for the rest of the levels. I've seen other people who use a HRM log anything from 150-350 so it really can vary depending on your weight and fitness level. As an estimate, I think there is an option for circuit training so that is probably quite close.…

Huge difference in your progress pics. You look great, well done!

Be careful with the MFP calorie levels for exercise as some are quite a way over what a HRM gives you. I recommend the 30ds as I was really unfit the first time I did it and although its tough you soon improve your fitness. Walking is great to start with and then perhaps build up to other forms of exercise Good luck with…

Have you tried Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred? It's only 25 mins a day but is an intensive workout. Search for it on the message boards and you'll find loads of people posting their results after completing it.

Mostly - nothing. :blushing: When I feel guilty enough about being idle, I attempt various Jillian Michaels DVDs, or things like Wii Fit, Just Dance, Your Shape etc. In the past I've been to gyms and after a few months have stopped going because the bottom line is I find it completely boring! I think the trick is…

One of the most dramatic transformations I have seen on this site. Good for you, bet you feel great!

You've done really well - good on you!
