I did similar at home...the worst part was bf and son took no notice, even though it must have sounded like an elephant falling over! They didn't even look to see if I was ok! Hmmmmmm you know who your friends are!

I have salad with a little chicken or sliced ham (small amount) or egg with low cal dressing....for afters hartleys sugar free jelly, sometimes with fruit in it

spirits with diet soft drink are quite low....e.g bicardi and diet pepsi, vodka and diet pepsi stay clear of alchol pop...wkd etc

Theres a huge difference, you should be very proud of yourself....and think of the difference you make to people following your footsteps :) I wish I'd lost as much ....watch this space ;) I am going to do it! Keep smiling and check out the mirror it doesnt lie.....looking great :D!

I am worried by this as it has calculated I need to eat 1200 cals a day, which I am doing. If I exercise I am adding on extra cals....a walk today was 141 cals so I added that on. But some days I just stick to 1200 cals.....If I had 4 meals of 400 cals I would be way over!

I was very interested to read this as I am trying to decide how to go about jogging...I don't enjoy it and it seems an easy way to get going....thanks for the advice...I will let you know how I do :)

I have steamed veg, not sure if it makes a difference, no roasties but mash without butter and cream but just mashed with water, gravy is just bisto and I make home made yorkshire puddings in silcone trays (without using cooking oil), small quantities of meat and lots of veg. Hope it helps

I guess I am lucky because I like routine I find the log in bit easy....weekends are the hardest for me,...I have to not be lazy and keep busy

Hi guys I lost 1.8 this week but heres my problem.....I am on 1200 cals but Well so far I have lost 4lb it means 10 lb to go, and 5 more weigh ins to go.....I so hope I make it! It does mean I have to try to lose 2lb a week ....not sure the best way to go about this :( Any ideas please please tell me ....thanks for any…

Hi Emma, well done, you are giving me such hope :) I like you have boxes with every size from 22 to size 12! I have just put my size 22 in the loft after losing 19lb since sept.....I look at your progress and you are inspiring me, especially as yesterday I seemed to hit a bit of a wall. But you have to eat that 1200 calories a day (or you go into starvation mode) and any extra exercise (depending on what it is and the amount) you get extra calories on the top of it :)

I can't really answer your question but I am on the same amount of calories a day, have been trying to stick to exact calories and my weigh is falling off. In two weeks lost 9lb so far! If I have exercise I am allowed extra calories. But then I find it hard to eat those extra calories!
