well guys tomorrow is weigh in, and I had a peak today ....and although I am trying to drink more water and been eating within my limits its not looking good again ....I am getting very dissapointed

Duran Duran at the NEC 2011 ...had been cancelled due to Le Bon losing his voice so had to wait 6 months........I had waited since I was a teenager..............it was awesome, the greatest concert EVER!

I am so glad you posted this ...and I found it! This is me!!!! I have been told on here to increase calories and am being reluctant to do it ....it seems weird to have to add calories to lose the weight, but have done lots of reading on Bmr, tdee, rmr now and realise I am well below the intake I should be! Here goes!

Oats so simple and skimmed milk does it for me......every day for breakfast while its cold weather....then I'll be back to weetabix every day for months and months!
