Holding steady with the weight this week: 192. I kinda figured after the big loss last week, that I would slow down for a week or two. I am ok with it:) It will kick back in this coming week, I know.

What is/was holding me back? Nothing now:) I just don't think I was ready for the commitment before now. What will it be like WHEN I reach my final goal? I hope I continue to have the drive to improve myself. What is your favorite healthy/ good for you food? Spaghetti squash:)

I honestly haven't done anything different than I have been doing. My food and exercise is about the same as it has been. I have eaten all my calories and my exercise calories most days...I eat what I want, staying within my calories for the day...and I have been working out 45-60 minutes 5 days a week....I fill my 32oz…

194.5 :) Big loss week for me...4.5 and I don't even feel liked I worked very hard--lol. I think I just revved my metabolism up now...

If you are working out--eat some/all of your exercise calories back. Days where I am hungry, I snack on lean protein or heavy-on-the-fiber food, and that helps.

I had scale fiasco these past two weeks so everything needs to be adjusted I think. The scale I originally weighed myself on, I won't be able to weigh again until this coming Tuesday.
