Added exercise vs steps
I think I am doing something wrong. I forgot to set the stopwatch when I went to the gym this morning. I added the exercise afterwards and tried to match up the times....the steps didn't reduce, when the exercise was added. I know if I start the stopwatch, it doesn't count the steps, right? Tired of getting started and then losing motivation
