Most days I eat well into my exercise calories, if not all of them. I love to eat. I have lost weight consistently and haven't felt hungry for a second. I also basically eat what I want, just smaller portions.

Try upping your protein:) Have a hard boiled egg, a spoon of peanut butter, a small wedge of cheese. I tend to zig zag my calories and on my low cal days, if I eat more protein, I don't feel hungry at all.

Always net at least 1200-1300. Typically eat back most of my exercise calories...those are the hard-earned ones and I enjoy every single bite.

Agreed. Sometimes it is hard to recognize how far you have come, and seeing it, proves it to yourself.

I drink 3-5 cups a day, 3 in the morning, then sometimes 1-2 in the afternoon if I am serious low on energy, especially on workout days. I drink it black. I have drank this amount practically all my adult life. I have lost 27 lbs.

I just find things that work into my calories for the day. Sometimes, chocolate is necessary calories. The Fiber One brownies are pretty good, or I have a few (meaning two) Hershey's Kisses or a sugar-free/fat free chocolate pudding.:heart:

I have just started running again. I was a runner before-albeit slow, then had a silly accident, and wasn't able to run for a really long time. Anyhow, I run anywhere from 4.1 to 5.0 mph.
