Trust yourself and go ahead and do what you know you need to do to improve your health and life. You will be so glad that you did! Your future lies ahead and depends a lot on choices made. Best of luck! :flowerforyou: Btw, you will make lots more friends along the way.

If you think you may have or are forming a habit that you know is detrimental to your health please talk to someone about it like your doctor, a parent, a teacher, religious advisor etc. asking people on the Internet is one thing but actively seeking true professional guidance and help is truly the way to go. Good luck!…

By perfect, does that mean no shells impossibly stuck to the egg white making it so difficult to peel? Thanks for the formula! :flowerforyou:

I gave up coffee and soda 2 years ago. For me the caffeine disturbed my sleep and I no longer desire it at all. Water (lots & lots), almond milk, wine and recently an occasional scotch is what I have.

Lots of people rescue cats and dogs like your cat from the humane society. Bring your cat there and let them know that she needs to go to a home without children. Leave the rest to them... They are very professional and truly have your animals interest at heart.

My best friend is a food pusher. I say no and she keeps asking. I found that if I firmly say No, Thank you but No! Then I don't say another word. She is thrown and says well ok then!

Try different brands. Each does taste different. I happen to love cottage cheese but I have a favorite and will make a trip to purchase it even if I need nothing else from that store.

I checked the website and ate something off the kids menu a few months back. It was super good and shaved hundreds of calories. Truth is the portion size was correct and I was really satisfied. It's an option anyways. :drinker:

My NSV for the day was leaving the house in an outfit that I felt showed my curves and flaws and areas I still wish looked better. The NSV was in my attitude-- that slight adjustment inside me that said; well I still have some work to keep doing but I sure look good! Accepting flaws and still feeling good about myself is…

I could say it took me a lifetime to lose 100 pounds but in realty it took me a lifetime to get a handle on the skills needed to maintain a healthy diet and enjoy physical activity so that I could lose the 100 pounds that needed to come off my very petite frame. Consistency, work and time is what it takes. However long…

Protein shakes start my day mostly every day. I wake thinking about them and enjoy every drop. Think it's huge help in my weight loss to date and keeps me satisfied for hours. I like almond milk, protein powder, and either fruit, veggies or choc. Pb2. Lots of ice and I add wheat germ.

Sometimes weights first, sometimes cardio first. Sometimes only weights and sometimes only cardio. Probably didn't help you at all. This might... Just get it done and leave it on the floor in the gym or at home wherever you workout. Work hard, be consistent and give 100%. Everything will fall into place if you do. Good…
