I mostly use ON all natural chocolate whey protein however when I was actively losing weight I mostly enjoyed Syntrax Nectar. They have some good flavors like vanilla bean and chocolate truffle and a strawberry that was great but I did get sick of it and the strawberry is the only protein powder I still have sticking…

I'm going to be brave and say that I learned that just because I bought a heart rate monitor doesn't mean I have learned how to use it (and I haven't yet) and that fact doesn't or hasn't impacted my workouts, fitness or weight loss... I think :blushing: When logging, I use less then half the calorie burn numbers listed on…

I cook salmon often and always prepare it the same way because my family loves it and after trying different techniques we prefer to sprinkle (I go heavy) chile lime rub and lemon pepper rub and then bake the salmon at 375 or 400 depending on its thickness. Usually about 20 minutes again depends on thickness. Delicious hot…

When you measure, log and pay attention to what you're eating you're focused and I think more dialed in and conscious of your body's messages. You probably were always full long before you stopped eating but now you're paying attention to feelings of being satisfied and know that you've had enough. At least that's how it's…

Tough situation and can understand you're feeling uncomfortable but remember your BIL will be returning to school and your routine will return to normal. I would ask him questions about fitness and exercise so he will know where you're coming from and perhaps become a helpful coach so to speak. :flowerforyou:

I recommend that you eat enough each day to give your body proper nutrition and then don't eat any more. Do that more days than not and you'll lose weight. It's important to live your life and I feel its important to not have a diet attitude but rather adopt a mindset regarding food choices that you can live with forever.…

Fantastic! Go, ask for help, do what you can- then repeat! Enjoy and best of luck!

I drink caffeine free tea and consider it water.

I think the training manager is an idiot. Continue to do the best you can and if your uncomfortable find a trainer you are comfortable with. It's enough to concentrate on forgiving ourselves and not carrying around guilt, you certainly don't need to carry guilt because you're letting the trainer down. :noway: Good luck!!!

I move on and know that some days I'm over and some days I'm under but overall I'm much better off living life and doing the best I can than I ever was feeling guilty over food decisions. I try to stay conscious of what I eat and that's why I log, I try to move more and exercise and that's also why I log. I forgive myself…
