Busted out the measuring tape today and have lost 1 inch off my hips and 1 inch off my wait...my chest remains the same. Then, I saw a co-worker that I don't get to see often and the first thing she said was "you look like you've lost weight!" Score!!!!! Sorry, my husband grows weary of my new obsession with fitness and the necessary weight loss that must go along with it, and I needed to share with SOMEONE.
