I'm so glad that I never stopped walking even when I saw everyone else working out hard. I never would have gotten to the point where I am now one of the people who works out hard if I had stopped walking 10-12 years ago!

Love it. Advice- go and do what you can. Finish the class. If you like it go again and do what you can. Keep going and before you know it you'll be doing what the instructor says. You'll need plenty of water and a towel. Lots of sweating :bigsmile:

I've learned to do things pretty much as they come up and not over think or sweat the small stuff. In other words I have activities that I just get done because its next thing needed and I don't get into the negative self dialogue that ultimately results in giving myself permission to do it later. :flowerforyou:

What is fiber powder anyway? Finely chop higher fiber veggies and add to the sauce. You won't even know the veggies are there except it sweetens the sauce somewhat. And adds a little fiber and bulk.

Protein drink, bar, coconut water, water. Those are my favorites.

I eat what I want and like- while trying to stay at or near my calorie goals. It does take decisions and choices on a daily basis. That's the best way I can continue to incorporate my health goals into my lifestyle.

I don't want to start rumors but I thought the owner had several heart attacks and is no longer alive. True? Maybe it's the owner of the local Heart Attack Grills near me? Repeat this is only what people around hear say... I don't know if its fact.
