Adding Fiber powder to pasta sauce

Options
Is this a good idea? I wanted to add more fiber and I wasn't sure if it was a good idea. I am making a standard size bottle of sauce and wanted to add 2 tbsp. of fiber powder? Have you done this before? Good/bad idea? How much would you use?

How about just adding more veggies to your sauce to boost the fiber content?

    I've never used fiber powder.

I don't add a lot of veggies to my sauce unless I make it homemade. Besides, my husband and I are still in the phase of re-training our taste buds and need some meals to be somewhat the same for a while. The changes I made this time are I used whole wheat pasta and very lean ground beef for the meat sauce. It is certainly more healthy now than before.

I think you add it too anything but I would add
only a cpl svgs max per helping of your dinner.
Too much fiber can be worse than too little.

    What is fiber powder anyway?
Finely chop higher fiber veggies and add to the sauce. You won't even know the veggies are there except it sweetens the sauce somewhat. And adds a little fiber and bulk.
