I'm not one to pack a lunch so I opt for a cliff bar or a smoothie or a protein shake. More expensive than brown bagging it, but easy and involving no thought.

No one knows what you set you gears at and most instructors tell you to work as hard as you can following their lead.....they'll tell you to start out in a comfortable gear...then have you bump it up a couple....stand up and bump up the gears a couple…

I was wondering the same thing today......my total calories are in check but protein is high....I workout almost daily so I'd think that would be okay, but my weight is kind-of stuck.....so I'll be curious about responses hree.....

activtrax.com I've used this since March and it gives me a workout to do every other day. So I do a day of strictly cardio then a day of activtrax.... I love it and I'm seeing muscles, definition and weight loss.

Hunger is still a problem for me.....I've been dieting since January and lost 75 pounds.....for me....I fear hunger will always be an issue but I remind myself how bad i felt when I was 75 pounds heavier and now tell myself I'd rather be hungry than feel fat.
