Chosing my 'hard'
Losing weight is hard. Exercising is hard. Being fat is hard. Being unhealthy is hard. Right now, I'm struggling with journalling. I have no problem tracking my exercise. Okay....I wore my HRM all day yesterday. I burned 4238 calories. exercise included running 30 minutes and hiking/walking 75 minutes. Pretty typical day for a weekend. 30 DAY PROGRESS
In the past 30 day, my weight has stayed the same, my body fat is up 0.75% and my BMI is down 1.3%. I still have 21 pounds to go to reach my goal..... I wonder waht to make of this.
