  • True. Dried cranberries are loaded with added sugar. Some all-natural fruit might be a better choice.
  • I'm right behind you. ;) I went ahead and bought some size 10 jeans, but can't wear them in public yet. ;) You are looking super hot!!! lol
  • My husband is the same way. I guess he will be having lots of salads for his L&G for now, until he gets more adventurous. I made him the zucchini lasagna the other day and he didn't really like it. He picked out all the zucchini and some cauliflower pieces that he found. lol He didn't really like the cauliflower mashed…
  • I am about to go to SF, California next week for 5 weeks straight, so I feel your pain. I am going to need 23 boxes of MF to last that long and there is really no way for me to pack that many boxes. I was planning to take mostly puffs and bars so I don't have to do a lot of prep but I don't know now. I think I may ship it…
  • Love Curves! I used to be a member but didn't lose any weight at the time because I did not change my eating habits at all. I did enjoy the workout and people there though. I thought about joining again once I lost 40 pounds, but I decided to do the home gym thing to save money.

  • Me too! I was just resigned to the fact that I would always be fat and there was nothing I could do about it. I even considered WLS but I knew that I would have to change the food that I ate FOREVER. That scared me! However, when I had a physical checkup done and my A1C was elevated, I knew something had to change. I…
  • I don't believe either of those sites is accurate. My Omron HBF-306C says I am at 38.6 body fat. On the healthcentral.com website from the original post: You have 26% body fat. You have 50.2 Pounds of fat and 142.8 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water). On the fat2fitradio.com website: Here's the information that you…
  • I have it but it was too difficult when I first tried it. Maybe it is time to try it again, now that I've lost 60 pounds. :)
  • I'm still here too. Just updating and reading... :)
  • I didn't know that was going on that weekend. I have already signed up for the Big D 5k on April 15th.

  • It is certainly possible. I was considering weight loss surgery as well, even went to the screening seminar but decided that I will try one more thing first. What have I got to lose right? I was already resigned to do the surgery, but I was scared... I was driving home from work one day and heard an ad for Medifast. I had…
  • I use the garlic and herb cheese wedge for mashed cauliflower. Tastes almost like mashed potatoes to me. Yum!
  • If you have a sandwich maker, you can make shake cakes. They would probably work well in a muffin pan in the oven too, but I have no idea about temperature/times. The cheese puffs and BBQ bites aren't bad. They are pretty filling. I like to keep a few in my car in case I am out too long. They don't melt. :)
  • I used to be addicted to it as well where I had to have it first thing in the morning and I was very irritable without it. :) I made the transition to caffeine-free diet coke and the irritability went away after a couple of days. I think it is mainly the caffeine that causes the irritability. Since I started my diet, most…
  • I'm afraid I don't have much help for you. I prepared it according to the directions both times I have made it, one time (the free sample packet) was very dry and hard to look like a cookie so I ate it raw. The second time with a packet from the box I ordered turned out nice and soft and looked like a cookie when I cooked…
  • I'm checking in to say that I completed them yesterday. :) Thanks for this!
  • Welcome. I have been on Medifast since late August and have lost 46.6 pounds so far. I love it, it is by far the easiest and quickest diet I have ever been on.
  • Another born and raised Texan here! I have traveled all over the world and there is no place I'd rather be. :)
  • I had snow on my car this morning too in Plano. Way too cold for me. :)
  • Plano here. :flowerforyou:

  • I am in for this one. I won't be available next week though so I'll just continue doing this one until I can check in again. :) My triceps are really bad so they could use the extra week. lol
  • I started Medifast on August 26, and have lost 41 pounds so far. Tomorrow will be my 12-week mark. No other diet that I know of has the success of Medifast, and I like the food. For me, Medifast is cheaper because I used to eat out at fast-food or sit-down restaurants a lot. I do not enjoy cooking. I post on the MF boards…
